fantastic (and, fast!) service. A polite chap on the phone guided me through
the online ordering process and reassured me that my order would be dispatched
with plenty of time for the (embarrassingly short) turnaround I required. I
sent off my email with attached artwork and had a response back within the hour
confirming my order, and then another email six hours later saying the order
had been dispatched by overnight courier. It arrived next day, safely packaged.
And the quality was fantastic: it was a gift and the recipient was speechless

| Having spoken to you on Monday via email regarding an item I
wished to purchase and subsequently receiving the item this morning, I would
just like to thank you and your company for an outstanding service. The turn
around on the order was extremely prompt, especially given that I wanted the
product engraved with a large amount of text and in an orientation not normally
required. The item arrived in suitable packaging and in pristine condition,
which is a great deal better than a number of engraved items I have received
from and returned to another supplier recently. Having this plate incorporated
into a custom ring box for our forthcoming wedding will make our day all the
