Engraving Notes Less is more! When deciding
the text to be engraved we recommend you keep the words to a minimum for the
maximum effect. Too many words result in small text and the impact is much
reduced. For example, the
words... "Tom Smith, Best wishes from everyone
on your retirement and good luck for the future from your friends and
colleagues at Hooperco Ltd, 25th March 2006." on a 65x45mm plaque would be very small and nearly illegible.
Much more effective would be... "Tom Smith,
Happy Retirement, From all at Hooperco Ltd, 25th March
2006
Try to test the fit for yourself in
your favourite computer program where you can create a text area the same size
as the plaque. eg in MS Word you can create a text box to the exact
dimensions.
We automatically centre the
wording on the plaque. |
